Founded on 1 Cayenne plant which produced ALOT. We planted more and Serranos. Stumbled across a recipe for fermented hot sauce, we fermented our first serrano, garlic and onion sauce. So excited at the flavor, we bottled it up. More and more plants and varieties were planted and A&M Farms was born.
